Identified - The "Fetch Trial Data" button is not working properly in the 21.11.30 version of the Catalyst mobile app. When the button is pressed, it hangs with the text "Fetching..." and does not load the trial data to the device.

Our team has identified the root cause and submitted a new app build to the app stores for review. Once the new app build is approved, users will be able to upgrade and resolve this issue.

Identified - We have identified one of our many server instances seems to be having the majority of the latency issues while others are NOT affected. We have made it our priority to resolve this in many ways by primarily moving those customers to another server instance. This is a large undertaking meaning we have to plan downtimes with maintenance that can take up to 36 hours and we have to move customers in small groups. This is referred to as the data optimization migration. We have been conducting these moves over the weekends and nights ONLY so as to reduce disruptions. The team has also identified some temporary solutions that are being done to help with stability issues until the project is completed. We are also reaching out to other software partners for resources to provide you the best experience possible. Due to the size of our customer base, we are estimated to have this project done around the beginning of the new year. You will experience continued improvements as we make progress each weekend. As part of our ongoing initiative to improve performance and your experience with Catalyst, we are
making significant upgrades in the coming weeks that you need to be aware of.
These updates are directly due to the feedback that you have provided us.
With this data optimization migration, you will see improvement in the performance of Catalyst in your
day to day use, especially with SOAP Notes, Reporting, Time Sheets and more. As each company’s data is
moved, the system performance for all will increase as we implement this exciting upgrade across our
customer base.
We will message all users through the portal during the week when your data will be migrated. This will
occur over the weekend in order to minimize the impact on your data collection needs.

What do you need to do?

Your team will be notified in Catalyst that this migration will be occurring that week. During the
maintenance event, your account will be inaccessible in the overnight hours of the Saturday of that
week.
If you have clinicians that need to collect data, they can collect offline (cellular and Wi-Fi turned off) and
once they connect on Sunday it will automatically upload to the appropriate location, as it will going
forward.
There is no risk to your data, we have taken steps to ensure its preservation and security. Please reach

Identified - We have received reports regarding users not being able to generate Toileting Target graphs in the Catalyst Portal. The Toileting Graph modal never appears. The engineering team is aware and actively working on this issue. We will update as we have more information.

Resolved - The following improvements and fixes for bugs/defects being experienced by some of our users were made to the Catalyst Portal and Catalyst Mobile App with the release on November 30, 2021: (*Mobile Apps have been deployed to the App Stores for approval). If you were experiencing any of these reported issues in the Mobile App, please upgrade to the latest version to take benefit of these changes. Our Support team is standing by if you are still experiencing any issues.

If you update to this latest version available these are some of the highlights you will experience:

Portal Fixes/Updates:

•Progress Note PDF missing condition lines = Progress Note PDFs will now generate with all applicable condition lines included
•"No Data" Error on Progress Note PDF Generation = The error message where some Progress Note graphs incorrectly displayed "No Data" has been resolved
•Raw ABC Data Modal Does Not Load/Errors Out = The Raw ABC Data Modal will load faster and will not result in an error message
•Graph Modal Does Not Appear for Toileting and Grouped Frequency Targets = Graphs for Toileting and Grouped Frequency targets are now loading properly
•Spreadsheet Imports Are Not Processing = Spreadsheets imported by users are now being processed and loading to the portal as expected
•Targets Not Automatically Mastering When Meeting Criteria = Automatic mastery and the trigger mastery button are now mastering out targets as expected

App Fixes/Updates:

•Upload sync refactor and optimization = Data points taken on the mobile app will sync to the portal much faster. Users no longer need to wait for the timer on the app to trigger the sync. Data points on the app will be queued to sync each time a new data point is taken.
