Maintenance for some customers was performed this weekend and is expected to be completed later today. The customers affected by this may experience login issues and/or slow portal performance. In order to address any issues that may have been caused to certain customers from the scheduled weekend maintenance the team will be doing additional maintenance work Tuesday evening 10/18/22 starting at 8 PM CST and going until around Wednesday morning 10/19/22 at 6AM CST. Some customers may experience slow portal/login issues and/or not be able to sync any additional updates to their devices from the portal during this maintenance window. Users can still continue to take data on their devices during this time but may experience a delay in syncing back to the portal until maintenance is completed. We will continue to update the status page when this maintenance has been completed.
Maintenance was completed as of 10/19/22 1AM CST to help mitigate any issues that customers might have experienced as part of the weekend maintenance window. Metrics and reports have shown improved performance with logging in and accessing the system. The team is currently troubleshooting additional issues that customers may be experiencing. We are continuing to monitor and address and will update the status page as additional progress is made.
