Dear Valued Customers,
As part of our ongoing initiative to improve performance and your experience with Catalyst, we are making significant upgrades in the coming weeks that you need to be aware of. These updates are directly due to the feedback that you have provided us. With this data optimization migration, you will see improvement in the performance of Catalyst in your day to day use, especially with SOAP Notes, Reporting, Time Sheets and more. As each company’s data is moved, the system performance for all will increase as we implement this exciting upgrade across our customer base. We will message all users through the portal during the week when your data will be migrated. This will occur over the weekend in order to minimize the impact on your data collection needs.
What do you need to do?
Your team will be notified in Catalyst that this migration will be occurring that week. During the maintenance event, your account will be inaccessible in the overnight hours of the Saturday of that week. If you have clinicians that need to collect data, they can collect offline (cellular and Wi-Fi turned off) and once they connect on Sunday it will automatically upload to the appropriate location, as it will going forward. There is no risk to your data, we have taken steps to ensure its preservation and security. Please reach out to the support team if you have any questions or concerns at support@datafinch.com.
