The following improvements and fixes for bugs/defects being experienced by some of our users were made to the Catalyst Portal and Catalyst Mobile App with the release on November 30, 2021: (*Mobile Apps have been deployed to the App Stores for approval). If you were experiencing any of these reported issues in the Mobile App, please upgrade to the latest version to take benefit of these changes. Our Support team is standing by if you are still experiencing any issues.

If you update to this latest version available these are some of the highlights you will experience:

Portal Fixes/Updates:

•Progress Note PDF missing condition lines = Progress Note PDFs will now generate with all applicable condition lines included
•"No Data" Error on Progress Note PDF Generation = The error message where some Progress Note graphs incorrectly displayed "No Data" has been resolved
•Raw ABC Data Modal Does Not Load/Errors Out = The Raw ABC Data Modal will load faster and will not result in an error message
•Graph Modal Does Not Appear for Toileting and Grouped Frequency Targets = Graphs for Toileting and Grouped Frequency targets are now loading properly
•Spreadsheet Imports Are Not Processing = Spreadsheets imported by users are now being processed and loading to the portal as expected
•Targets Not Automatically Mastering When Meeting Criteria = Automatic mastery and the trigger mastery button are now mastering out targets as expected

App Fixes/Updates:

•Upload sync refactor and optimization = Data points taken on the mobile app will sync to the portal much faster. Users no longer need to wait for the timer on the app to trigger the sync. Data points on the app will be queued to sync each time a new data point is taken.
